WebP is a newer image format that offers better compression than JPEG and PNG. If you, however, want to convert your WebP images to PNG, JPG or even GIF files, there are a number of free online converters.
For WebP to PNG, you can go to most any online conversion site such as Convertio (WebP to PNG or WebP to JPG) — Cloud Convert, EZ Gif, Free Convert, etc. These same sites will also do the reverse — convert PNG or JPG files to WebP — as well as convert WebP to GIF.
Now if you have JPG or PNG files you would like to convert to WebP images (converting your lossless PNGs or high quality JPEGs into lossy WebPs with the smallest filesize possible), you can use the websites refenced above, as well as the site I personally like and use — Compress or Die. This is my site of choice for reducing file sizes, i.e. compressing the images, on almost every image I use online.

According to the Google Developers webpage, WebP is a modern image format that provides superior lossless and lossy compression for images on the web. Using WebP, webmasters and web developers can create smaller, richer images that make the web faster.
WebP lossless images are 26% smaller in size compared to PNGs. WebP lossy images are 25-34% smaller than comparable JPEG images at equivalent SSIM quality index. Lossless WebP supports transparency (also known as alpha channel) at a cost of just 22% additional bytes. For cases when lossy RGB compression is acceptable, lossy WebP also supports transparency, typically providing 3× smaller file sizes compared to PNG.
